The year was 1989 I was running very well in Blackfoot. In the year of 1990 the original bean counter of both the Montgomery Trust/Confederate Star Energy Corp, C. Skip Goddard senior was starting to consider retirement and in April of 1991 that retirement took place. My cousin LaMonte Bud Sant took over as the head bean counter and administrator/trustee of both the Montgomery Trust/Confederate Star Energy. My life has been hell ever since and had I known then the events that were to transpire I'd have protested the appointment of Bud becoming Trustee in the first place but this blog entry is not about Bud its a miscarriage of Justice and a misjudgement about me that has hindered me from going long haul in a truck coast to coast that also caused me to loose the General Lee and was responsible for me having to move away in 1991. After Bud became Trustee/Administrator he decided that my living in Blackfoot at the shop/house I had there was not worth the price. So on my birthday of 1991 he had me come down to Utah, bought a suit and then told me he was not renewing the lease on the place. So Bud takes off to Saint George Utah for some sort of vacation. Well Mr Haddon of Blackfoot without rent told me to move. Which meant I had to sell a near new Ford Ranger XLT truck to cover he costs of a shop in Pocatello a place I did not belong, plus the costs of moving as well as a crappy mobile home. After a few weeks working on my truck I needed a part. So as I was cruizing down ole Yellerstone this guy in a newer Buick starring at this while nice looking and not well dressed older woman in an old Oldsmobile nearly hit the piece of junk I had to buy to replace the Ranger. Now two weeks prior I had an incident at Sullivan's trailer park, of vandalism to my truck, which after I called the Police. Some not too bright defective detective came over and asked me who did it? I told them if I knew I would be over there now kicking their ass not calling the Police. The defective detective said next time get some way to identify the possible suspects. So on the day that this guy from Boise nearly crunched my truck on Yellerstone, I chased the pee-picker down, so I could get all his information like drivers license number, phone number, his name etc to turn over to the police. Okay so I had began work turning an older shop in Inkom to something good, and went down there. In so doing there was a fire and one of the Sheriff deputies working the fire told me that the Pocatello police were looking for me. So I went over to the Police station where CH -6 KPVI is now. Met with the police and in essence spent the entire weekend in the Bannock County Jail, for misrepresenting myself as a police officer. Which I wasn't but that was the charge. Come the trial it was supposed to be pled to disorderly conduct but wasn't and was put on the books as playing cop. The entire thing made it to where I was hassled through out the time I was waiting to go to court, and because of the thing I had to move. But what is worse, I lost the General Lee, to a not too trustworthy towing associate, lost my ability to be bonded because the charge of playing cop was put on my rap sheet as a felony, and all together because of some clerical crap, my ability to drive truck long haul has been killed. Although that is being corrected through legal channels the fact is Pocatello City owes me big time, and I aim to collect on a debt that has never been repaid. That repayment could come from the city of Pocatello paying me outright say $50,000.00 which then would cover some of the financial loss and I would move away very quietly. Only to roll through on my way to put flowers on Mom and Dads grave every May and then only if Arbon valley pass is closed. The other way to pay me back is to make me the director of that CH 12 community action channel. But that's Pocatello cities debt to me. For more I'll report on Saturday.

Welcome to the evening edition of the Confederate Star Tymez for Friday. As I was working the TV show that is ayred on CH-12 here in Pocatello, I was summoned via cell phone and asked if all this media mainly a buy out which is what it will take of a TV station in Pocatello especially if you keep getting all these stumbling blocks and folks resisting so much at least around these parts? The main reason I do this is simply that years ago at a briefing at Dixie HQ in Hazzard, I made the commitment to all who grind gears trying to make a living driving a truck. Whether that be a big rig going hauling coast to coast on 18wheels or going towing like I do. Like it is today here in Pocatello in regard to both KPIF as well as the local access channel it was  much the same way

in Hazzard Idaho then. Folks especially really religious types in particular them LDS types don't like anything that smacks of anything wyld. Now I'd never ayre anything of a porn nature although some of my on ayre content borders on it, but there are things I know since I also grind gears that I want to know about so I try to put that in your ears on Dixie Diesel Trucker Radio and now trying to do the same on TV. Because too many bridges were burned years ago trying to get something we are doing or working on a main line TV station is like trying to put sox on a rooster ain't going to happen or at least not without a bunch of work and tenacity. So the alternative is to put our own stick and plug it into our own gig and then deliver it. The Hazzard area eventually gave in because the focus we brought to the area resulted in most not all but most of the economic and population growth that occurred then as well as what is occurring there now. The same scenerario has been purtty much constant. When we put one of our sticks in southwestern Wyoming  soon after Evanston began to grow. We planted seeds in nearby Rigby and northeastern Idaho and things started happening. Sure its hard to get things going that have never been there before but when it do its good for all, but it always means fighting the system no matter what that system is. While I may soon get the boot from CH-12 or just say this ain't going anywhere and stop and apply those hours of time and our money into our own station somewhere near but not in Pocatello the thing will get bilt and cranked up. Those in the way will get blown off their foundations as fast as a mobile home trailer house in a Tornado. With the power that comes from the Hazzard County Knytes and the VMA/214 along with other siblings of our organization backed up from the treasury of Confederate Star Energy Corp, Jamesbest Productions the Hazzard County Foundation among others yes the Hazzard County Foundation is real. Made up from funds from not only the TV show and the actors, crew, production firm and networks, including Lou Stepp Media, among others this creates some while really deep pockets what is in those pockets is solid and real. But getting to the core of why I do what I do for you who truck via media even when the door gets closed or slammed in my face and on my fingers is getting back to that hour that I was out on the road pulling a trailer load of fat bulls truck broke down and needing feeding cold and hearing nothing on any media either TV or radio. For me out there trucking. I said then that even though circumstances made it to where I can't truck any more don't mean I can't be the truckers ears, mouthpiece and eyes. The reason I can't go trucking long haul any more is due to a miscarriage of justice of the city constabulary of the city of Pocatello, in essence they owe me a debt and I am to collect. Confederate Star Tymez Morning edition By; the AyreWolf

At a time of day when I should be sleeping I am just slightly awake and working. Even though at 16:00 I need to be down yonder at CH-12 to do our Friday TV gig. The being awake part started as I attempted to make some java. See my regular coffee pot puked mid week, and of course its at a time when funds here at the Wolf's Den is so tight Abe Lincoln's ears bleed due to how hard I need to squeeze on a penny these days. With not only gas but diesel so high in cost going anywhere a least on my steel steed is nearly impossible only for real short and needed errands do I go anywhere. Getting back to the coffee pot thing. Tammy left this Cappuccino machine that of course did not work for shit. But the brew basket does ave a safety handle on it so I heat water in a pan or glass picture in the nuke, pour the water through the brew basket into the pot and I get about two maybe 3 cups of java. Things around here are so bad money wise , I even was looking at the want ads from Utah to see if there was anything I could afford, there tweren't of course but I looked. You don't always look at what the unit rents for each month but need to look to see if the power, water, etc are included few in Utah are and if you do find one it ain't renting for $400.00 a month. At least there. While I'd like to pack up and scram right now I need to take my time looking. I say some up near Glen's Ferry Idaho that is based upon income, so will look there. Also saw some in the Burley area but all need to be examined really careful, before I jump. I may not like it but I may be stuck here for some time to come, but only until I find something I can afford., likewize until I have all the money together to make the first, last months rent and deposits, I can't just up and boogey. The other half of this until I get my SSI and military pay stuff straightened around where I control it instead of my cousin Bud , not that I dislike my cousin, but Bud is getting older, not younger. What happens if he bytes the sand? My money gets frozen is what so need to get all this rearranged. But that does not halt the work to aim things west. The shop is still in Rupert. Thank goodness I listened to Nancy on that one. She smelled a rotten egg concerning Brian right away and said go try it out but don't go there with everything . So shop, LexiBelle and all is secure in Rupert. Concerning the radio station and all that can be built a bit at a time, likewize the local LPTV station there in mini Cassia as well as over near Gooding can be built close by as well and just take my time. The big thing is to get my but going towing and that means 10% media shit, 90% on rebuilding my tow trucks and all that makes that up. This way come winter instead of going broke, I can make money going towing. Nuff said. I have come to the conclusion concussion that MSN and Google along with Java do not get along well. More on that in this evenings edition. Go out and have a good day, by the way anyone want to bring me a cup of java?

There have been quite a few of not only you but even my ayrecrew as well as the Knytes asking is it really business or is it personal? At least the decision to pull up the spikes and put the tent into the wind to head west. The real answer is both. And I can truly say its not because I was not warned. And also one more thorn in this soiled rose bush, Brian still not not drop by asking about me spending MY money at his TV station KPIF the CW. But there are other CW affiliates so who cares. On the point of someone keeping me warm at night, granted there is puss all over Pocatello but none want me its on account of A I do not appear to be carrying enuff of a cash stash, and two not LDS enuff. As slow and obstinate as it was at least in Heyburn, albeit she had a slight touch of a nervous disorder, but I did have Nancy helping me run the bizz, and well helping me out of a serious low self esteem thing so was I better off there and did not see it , bet your ass on that boy. And would I take Brian and his bull stuff to court to get the money he defrauded me out of due to a big con job? If I could I'd do it in a New York second. But enuff , I know when I'm licked so I kiss my wounds and also kiss Pocatello good bye, so forget about that pitch you saw here about us snagging anything along the line of a TV station community or otherwise here in Pocatello, its time to just wave bye bye.

For once it's not just me

Forbes magazine just released its latest list of the fastest and best economically sound Micropolatain areas in America. It should not come as to anyone's surprise that the Twin Falls/Jerome Idaho area was listed as 13 best in the entire USA. It should not surprise anyone that the 15th fastest growing medium sized Metro area is Boise as well as tied for the honor of number 19th of the Micro areas, Idaho Falls. However considering that Hazzard rests very comfortably between both Boise and Twin Falls it any wonder why we are getting ready to put our tent into the wind going west. By the way no Utah community made it onto that survey likewise the big (>?<) question is what the hell happened to Pocatello? Why is the gate city of Idaho stalled? Is it the restrictive conservative LDS attitude is it that there are too many old farts that say not here, or is there another reason? Is there a reason ? Or is it that its just current economic conditions? Even if I did stay here for the long haul can I along with both the BlackSheep and the Hazzard Road Warriors help to fix the area and cure it's economic ills? The other question is do we have a reason to plant our seeds here? Did anyone say if you stay we will give you this, or help you do that? Has anyone gave us a break anywhere, except maybe channel 12? Am I finding anything personal from a lady that keeps me warm at night to anyone saying hey okay you stay we'll help? The answers to those questions is a major HELL NO !!!!!! So as my mom said once we'll load up the truck head west and not let the gate of the gate city of Idaho hit us in the ass. Nuff said. So what about the TV thing? I did not say that , that could not be, but what about planting that seed in Idaho Falls or perhaps where we had in mind in Blackfoot? As far as Confederate Star Energy, and BlackSheep Towing that is best kept out west. So I gave my current key holder (Landlord) my 90 day notice and by the end of June at the full moon we be howling getting the flock out of Pocky.

Our letter to the Pocatello city council and Mayor

Confederate Star Energy Corp. Sends the Mayor and City Council of the city of Pocatello Idaho greetings.

We address this city government body to initiate discussion and begin dialog to the goal of acquiring a private partnership with the city of Pocatello Idaho in operation and part ownership of Channel 12 the local cable community access TV channel, that is currently housed in City Hall here in Pocatello. Our aim is not to over dominate this TV channel, however I have seen through active involvement since I produce and deliver a TV show on said channel three times per week. My frustration resulted from not being able to have access to the internet in the concept of producing a farm/truckers news program and not being able to have a live feed to news service and news content providers. The current director told me my next recourse was to take it up with Mayor Chase. The restrictions of having this TV station directly tied both in all funding as well as liability with the city of Pocatello city is hindering the station and channel's ability to grow and prosper.  As it is currently CH-12 is limited in it's viewership to only those with cable TV. This prevents those that for whatever reason either due to the economic hardship of not being able to afford cable TV or they have bought a satellite dish and have no current access to this valuable resource. Our aim if allowed to pursue this venture is to remove the studios from city hall, move the station elsewhere in town to a location we have looked at on south 4th ave, in the old Farmers Insurance building. By moving the station elsewhere we will be able to erect a small microwave antenna on the building and then microwave the stations signal to a mountain top tower and transmitter. As the council and Mayor may know or not know, in February 2009 all full power broadcast commercial television stations will be required to go to digital operation. However a community operated low power none commercial TV station such as CH-12 would not have to make that conversion and could remain analog.  Our aim is to make this station available both in programming access as well as ability for all to see it available to all the citizens of not only Pocatello and Chubbuck Idaho but also of the eastern Idaho region making CH-12 a valley wide access channel. Enabling the input of operational funds from not just Pocatello and Chubbuck , but also from Idaho Falls Idaho, Blackfoot, Inkom, American Falls, Aberdeen and all surrounding communities. To improve the quality of programming we will institute a user fee of those putting on TV programming except for local government. The city of Boise and Ada County Idaho currently operates their community access channel this way. The TVCATV also has only two paid employees, on their staff. The rest are all volunteers working for the benefit of the community and love television not just because its a pay check. That same money as it is now as an example for the current director  has an annual income of an estimated $50,000.00 per year. Where if I was the director I would do this job free as a volunteer with no paycheck from the city. This would allow that same $50,000.00 to go to newer equipment and improving the stations programming.  At this time this is only in active investigation phase and would ask that the City council firmly request the current director of the station to allow examination of current inventory values. So we might determine what equipment and/or inventory we wish to retain and that of which would be better off sold. Confederate Star Energy Corp. Of North Carolina is the major funding behind our effort, which the same firm is the name  of my Trust Fund. Confederate Star Energy got its start near Featherville Idaho in the early 1800's as the Confederate Star Mine a silver mine at that time. Confederate Star Energy is looking to build two bio fuels plants one near where the company was founded in Mountain Home Idaho the other will be a site near here in Pocatello Idaho, employing 3,000 during construction in each location and providing 1500 new jobs once built.  Confederate Star Energy Corp. Will provide both contact and financial data to the City council and Mayor at a future date. The urgency here is that a Federal Communications Commission application filing window opens in October 2008, and we would like to get under way with our investigation into at least the possibilities of this station. In fact the only financial responsibility of the City of Pocatello would be a one time gift of $1,000.00 to expedite the possibility study of this venture. I will submit an additional letter to the city council and to Mayor Chase later in the month of April 2008.

Welcome to the Hills

Welcome to my Hazzard County. Through the years ya'll heard about the Dukes both Bo and Luke and the success of the ole General Lee, yeppers we in Hazzard County are proud of them youngn's but there is much more to Hazzard County than just the news of Bo & Luke Duke, plus this area is where I'll put up things like ya'll have never read before as well as what and others fear to tread. Like did you see both them shows on the CW America's Next Top Model and Girlicious? I sure did now if ya'll want my southern pride opinion, on ANTM Whitney is my fave this season she's got more wholesome pudding and she is so sweet, we in the Hazzard Knytes are working to find out her agent if she has one to see if we can get her for one of our poster babes. Okay then on that Girlicious. About only 3 of them can carry a tune and they got one on there that flat insulted this one instructor they had on there Wednesday night that just about gave her the boot off the show. But she hazz looks so they let her stay. Bet ya'll your next set of chrome lug nuts that if she had been so-so in the looks department not only her boots but the rest of her would have been a walkin. And that be fer sure. Over at CH-12 things are a bit rocky. Seemz as though the knowledge of me about to snag the place as a Hazzard Knytes assets hazz a few there with their feathers ruffled. Then got this call from some seatcover on Wednesday's show who sounded good, but had no idea about what the show is all about. We'll show em in tyme, that is if I'm here longer than 4 months, this , thys ole dawg is looking at licking my wounds and heading west. In about July or so, once I get this mess with SSI and a few other minor things cleaned up. Saw that Brian hazz a few new sponsors on KPIF now which is good for him but did he really know that tit was I that promoted his station with Cole Chevy of Pocky? Bet he don't . Course he hazz one of my competitors from Idaho Falls on there now, not bad but a spot by me which is not such a stretch since it would seem that the CW is going to run this show starting at the end of April on the 30th called Farmer Takes a Wife. A show that surely fits our demographic. So hey Brian come on over and lets talk about it.
